Greetings from New York City!

Amber and I wanted to take a moment to let you know how completely satisfied we are with the work that you did for our wedding. The pictures are amazing!

When were were in the process of looking for a photographer for our wedding, we had many criteria for finding the right person to photograph our wedding. Being that I myself work some fifty-odd weddings a year, I am very aware of all the photographer “tricks” and “cookie cutter poses” that are normally implemented. Amber and I decided that we wanted to find a photographer that would minimize standard posed shots and focus more on capturing the individual tone of our day through a more photojournalistic and candid approach. The question was, could we find such a person, and how would we be able to tell if someone fit our mold.

The first thing that tipped us off to you, Cyndi, was the personable and friendly attitude that you conveyed to me over the phone. I know how important it is to have a photographer who is not only talented, but also friendly and able to work with many different people in a courteous manner. When we finally got to meet with you, that was confirmed.

On our wedding day, you showed up early and were well prepared for the day- including being dressed professionally. Your equipment was in good working order, and you had no problems with dead batteries etc. You did a wonderful job of doing what you were there to do without disturbing the event or getting in the way. You came up with some very creative ideas for shooting locations and angles, and went the extra mile for us by staying a bit later; in order to get one last shot we wanted.

We were incredibly surprised to see how quickly you sent our proof album to us. We found something special and wonderful in every shot. After looking at the pictures taken by other guest, it was apparent at how consistent you are! Taking lighting, focus and shutter speed into consideration, it really does affect the outcome of quality. I have heard horror stores about photographers who only get a couple of good shots during the whole wedding day. Well, all of our pictures rock and we are very grateful to you for the excellent job you’ve done. We were thrilled with the number of photographs as well.

We were also appreciative of the extra time and effort you put into making sure our reprints were of good quality.

Dear Cyndi,

We are just so thrilled with our pictures and with you. You made our wedding perfect. Not only did you make us feel comfortable all night you were fun on top of it. Sadly, since our wedding we have lost 3 special people in our lives-Dale's grandma, My grandma, and our best friend Joseph who was our best man. So needless to say our pictures are definitely more special then ever. You captured every special moment-I could not have asked for more. I was a bit nervous about hiring a photographer for my wedding as my soon-to-be father-in-law used to be a wedding photographer.

I saw the father-in-law at other weddings in the family telling the other photographers what to do (and even made a scene or two) and I was afraid he would do the same at my wedding. He didn't do that at all with Cyndi because she was a great photographer and he even said that he would recommend her to people. (How many other photographers would recommend someone else!)

Cyndi blended right in with our fun family atmosphere while remaining professional. She was able to be in the right place at the right time and got great candid photos that no one else would even consider getting. (A lot of those pictures turned out to be my favorite ones!) She was very easy to work with and offered suggestions for pictures and even took suggestions from the people in the wedding party on fun wacky pictures that still make us laugh.

It was a pleasure working with Cyndi and if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely have her be our photographer again

I found it very convenient that Cyndi came to our house to photograph my son Cameron.
